We would like to inform our kind customers that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Return request
Please complete the form below to request a return. We will reply within 24 hours.
Once your request is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
• The Return Code associated with your order
• The Return Label to be affixed to the package
Return procedure:
1. Affix the Return Label to the outside of the package.
2. Insert the completed Return Form inside.
3. Book the package collection with Poste Italiane via the link provided in the confirmation email.
Note: the refund cost is indicative and will be subject to verification by our administrative office.
