PLEASE NOTE: the garment measurements are not standard European sizes, but rather custom-made for the models described. We therefore recommend checking the measurements in the tables.

Care instructions are shown on the inside label of each item. For some extraordinary cleaning, we recommend that you consult a specialized laundry service.

You can purchase the new size and return the incorrect one, following the standard return procedure. If the website is closed, please contact us to check the availability of the size.

ORDERS

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check that the email address you entered during checkout is correct. If everything is correct, check your spam folder. Sometimes, due to high traffic during drops, emails may arrive a few minutes late. For more information, please contact our customer service department at help.kony@gmail.com

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is picked up by the courier. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

No, once confirmed, orders cannot be combined. Our system automatically generates a shipping label for each order. If the goods have not yet been shipped, you can contact our Customer Care to request changes to some shipping details. However, it will not be possible to combine two shipments.

DELIVERIES

Shipping costs are: €5.90 for Italy.

If the packaging is damaged, you can refuse delivery or sign with reservations. You must take photos of the package before and after opening and contact the courier and our Customer Care (help.kony@gmail.com) reporting what happened.

No, once shipped, we can no longer make changes; however, you can contact the carrier directly to request any address changes.

RETURNS

You can return items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Exceptions include items such as underwear and socks for obvious hygienic reasons, which cannot be returned.

If you have an account, log in and select the order you wish to return from the “Orders” section. If you checked out as a guest, create an account using the same email address used for the order, then follow the instructions found here.

Return costs are borne by the customer. For Italy, the fee is €5.90.

No, we provide a prepaid return label via Poste Italiane, which must be used to return the item. Returns shipped independently will not be accepted.

In that case, we will not issue a refund. The customer may choose to have the item resent at their own expense.

REFUNDS

refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of your return. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your credit card or PayPal account depends on your banking institution's processing times.

You will be refunded the cost of returned items, minus shipping costs (even for free shipping due to promotions) and any accessory costs such as storage fees.

If the package is not collected within 5 working days of being deposited with the courier, the order will be cancelled and you will be charged for the round-trip shipping cost.
