Return Authorization

We would like to inform you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery.

If you purchase a discounted item, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size, as indicated on the product at the time of purchase.

Only returns for orders placed on our official website www.konyofficial.com will be processed.

KONY applies European law and Italian law pursuant to art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (the "Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree 4 November 2021 no. 170 implementing EU Directive 2019/771 regarding returns and the exercise of the right of withdrawal in European Union countries.

Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer and depend on the country of shipment.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached, within 14 calendar days of receipt. The absence of packaging/tags or clear evidence of use of the garments are grounds for non-acceptance of the return. 

To proceed with the return, you must follow the steps available on the "Make a return" page. Please note that we can only process a refund. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

After the return request, the package can be sent within 3 days, accompanied by the return document, without which it cannot be accepted.

Once the return is received, KONY will check the quality of the product(s) to verify that it complies with our return policy: if so, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase or a voucher will be sent by e-mail.

In the event that the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, KONY will not proceed with the refund. In this case, the Customer may decide to receive the item again at their own expense. After this shipment, it will not be possible to return the order again.

If the packaging, wrapping and/or product are damaged, KONY will withhold a percentage from the refund, not exceeding 20% of the refund, as a contribution to restoration costs.

In the case of purchases made without payment of shipping costs (due to specific ongoing promotions), the return with a refund will be accepted net of the costs incurred by KONY SRL for shipping to the customer. This amount will then be deducted from the price of the item(s) being returned.

We would like to inform you that if promotional products such as gifts and objects are included in the shipment, these items must be returned along with the purchased garments if the return results in a reduction of the amount below the threshold required to receive the gift. In the absence of such return, the value of the promotional products will be deducted from the refund amount.
In addition, in the case of a return relating to a free shipment received due to promotions that require a minimum spending amount, the refund may be subject to a deduction if the final amount falls below the established minimum spending threshold.

 

Size exchange request

If the Customer decides to request a size exchange, they can proceed in two ways:

-if the website is open, we recommend making a new purchase and returning the incorrect size

-if the website is closed, KONY reserves the right to check availability upon receipt of the return. Please note that returns on size exchanges are not accepted.

 

Refund 

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 days from the day we receive the return at our warehouse. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your credit card may vary depending on local banking procedures.

Credit card: the time depends on the credit issuer. As soon as the refund is issued, we will send you a confirmation email. In case of an imminent credit card expiration, the refund will be made via bank transfer to the details provided by the customer. KONY is not responsible for the failure to communicate the credit card expiration and for refunds made to expired cards.

PayPal: the refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account, you will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been requested.
